Headley House

Our 3-day stay with four young kids was fantastic, and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The house was clean and well-equipped, and it matched the pictures provided exactly. Although the location wasn't prime, we were able to rent a car, and there was a free parking area available right outside the house. In addition, supermarkets were just a 4-minute drive away from the house. The team was excellent in responding to all of our questions, and we received our deposit refund within five working days.

It might be a good idea to tidy up the garden since there were bird droppings and cobweb on the ground and outdoor chairs, so we couldn’t really use the garden.

Spacious 3 bedroom accommodation over 2 floors. Good outside space with garden and seating. Modern interior and had everything you needed. Provided Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Washing Machine Pods and Dishwasher Tablets.

Dining room table only sat 4 meaning we couldn’t all eat together.

Great location, quiet (despite being off main roads and roundabout), clean, modern and well styled, comfortable, spacious, ample supply of essential amenities, check-in and out was a breeze, communications were prompt and effective (including on how to pay security deposit). Would recommend.

Nothing. Minor scopes of improvement: anti-slip mat on first floor bath, also there is a bit of musty (cannabinoid) smell in the bath/ shower water, not sure what to suggest regarding this.

paying the deposit and getting the deposit back was laborious. they weren’t able to discuss directly with booking.com but thankfully booking.com were really helpful.
