Bonanza Camping Resort

We were very happy with the cabin that we stayed in. We lucked out and got the cabin with rv sites on both sides and going in the off season there wasnt anyome in those spots. Check in was easy peasy. The hosts were workomg somewhere in the park so the cabin keys was in an envelope on the door. The cabin itself was perfect for our stay. The beds werent the most comfortable but they werent terrible. The beds all had a plastic mattress protector on them but there was no other bedding. Not a big deal for us as we just ram to waart and got what we needed. Our cabin had dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper provided. There were also some dishes and pans for cooking. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we are lookong forward to getting back out here sometime next year.

We had 1 night booked in a cabin and they called me the day before and said they were canceling us because they double booked. We then were scrambling for hours trying to find another place when we were leaving to head there the next morning. They didn't try to help or accommodate us in any way- just "Sorry we have to cancel you"... very unprofessional.

Location is good. Problem was we booked two “cabins”. When I called to confirm our reservation I was told we had a 1 cabin and an rv. Online it listed both as cabins. Then they said we don’t know why it let you book two we only have 1 available. This was 24 hours before our arrival time. I was promised a callback within an hour for a resolution, never got a callback and I ended up canceling our reservation!

My rental was confused with some one else. When brought to their attention they fixed it as fast as they could. Angie and her husband Larry cleaned the new cabin very well and fast. They are the ticket people and not cleaning crew.....I appreciated their dedication to our happiness.
