BRAND NEW TOWNHOUSE IN RUGBY

Excellent location for everything! The station is 5 min walk, Caldecott park 3 mins, and corner shop next door! It is easy to walk to retail park, or trains and taxis are outside the station. Restaurant 10mins away and various takeaways close by. The kids and I loved it and it was perfect as I wasn't driving this time. House is great with everything we needed. Comfy beds and clean. Would definitely book here next time we visit family.

Held our family very comfortably. It was very clean and close to the train station and to central Rugby.

While the apartment was clearly newly renovated, the carpet appeared to be older and a bit dingy. We were given the wrong wifi code and it took several hours to get the correct one. The outdoor furniture was great to have but it was filthy upon arrival and it would have also been great to have a light outside to enjoy the evenings.

Great decor, nice upgrade , the only let down was the old brown stained carpet, it spoilt all the hard work done on the Reno as it is the first thing that greets you.

Modern. Close to town and parking was easy with the permit. Plenty of room for the three of us. Great kitchen although we didn’t use the cooker.

Could have done with another key. A mix up with our booking so unhappy with that as we had had our booking confirmed for 77 Wood st Rugby months ago. No one can explain how this happened. Our son found some dark hair in his bed even before he had slept in it. Lights in hallway kept going on and off all night when we were trying to sleep. Would have liked a washing line outside or a clothes airier inside to dry clothes rather than use the tumble dryer

It was a good size and had the amenities listed

It was not a brand new townhouse. It was a terraced house. Not an issue but not as advertised. The roof in the front bedroom leaked and some of the cookware was very dirty
