Nice rooms. COMFORTABLE beds. Big hot showers. Friendly staff. Clean. Balcony. Close to attractions and restaurants. Good parking behind. Good breakfasts. Pretty quiet. A/C worked well. Ice dispenser. Overall, we'd go back. A good value.

Great central historic district location. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room (2 doubles) was small but comfortable and bath room was private and modern. Breakfast was yummy each day. I would come back!

This property is clean and close to all the attractions in the historic area of St. Augustine. The only issue was we never met anyone who owned the inn. We had to ask other guests the time for breakfast and how to check out. The inn is wonderful but communication could be better.
