This was a last minute booking. We were surprised at how nice the property presented. Staff are so friendly and very happy. We would definitely stay here again now that we are familiar with the area.

The only complaint was the water pressure in the shower and took a sometime for the hot water to come through. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We loved everything about this place. The staff was outstanding, everybody was curious about our time there and tried to make the best of our experience. The villas are huge and each of them has it’s own private mini pool. The bed is king size and very comfortable. The breakfast was very very tasteful and we loved the egg station. We got a complimentary yoga session which felt really good. The pool is great and it has a bar where you can stay and enjoy your drink while you are in the pool. The cocktails are amazing. We participate to barbecue night where we got all you can eat having all sort of meat. Overall for us it was the best hotel we’ve booked and it felt like a 5 star hotel.

Maybe give 2 electricity cards at checkin so 1 can always stay at the entrance so when you come back home, the air conditioner is already working.

Everything was great esp the people, location, private pool and value for money

We had a fantastic stay at Kayumas Seminyak Resort. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly, and room service was always timely. The breakfast was also a wonderful highlight each morning. A special shout-out to our room attendants, Dedek and Lingga. They made sure our room was always perfectly neat and tidy by the time we returned from breakfast—it was amazing how quickly they managed to spruce everything back up! They even made adorable elephant towel art for our kids, who were pleasantly surprised and absolutely thrilled by it. Highly recommend this resort.

Rooms were clean, comfy and very spacious. Good amenities provided and staff were very friendly.

Fitness area was very limited, only a few treadmills, bike and a machine. No free weights but very minor complaint for an otherwise perfect trip. Water pressure was also slightly low in shower but certainly very hot!
