Kayumas Seminyak Resort

Our family of 3 recently spent 3 nights at Kayumas. We found the rooms to be a good size for our family the mezzanine level leaves plenty of space for us to not feel cramped in the room. The location is ideal, set back from the main road but still close enough to plenty of shops and restaurants and the beach. The breakfast is acceptable, less of a buffet style and more maid to order, personally I like this option more as it minimizes so much waste of the large buffet style. The staff are exception, engaging and friendly. My only issue was our air conditioner was very noisy which made it difficult to put on at night so we had to sleep with it off, which made the room hot. other than that we had a great time

The staff where so lovely and service was Amazing The pool and swim up bar was a big love for us cocktails in the pool Property was kept very clean room was made up everyday Could not fault it will be going back same time next year and staying at same place.

I had a really great stay at Kayumas Resort Seminyak. Everything went smoothly from the check-in process until I checked out. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly. They made me want to stay even longer at the resort. The staff helped me with my luggage and briefed me on everything I needed to know about the room. They also let me keep my luggage there even after I checked out. The resort offered a free buggy ride to Seminyak Square, though there were no rides back. That was completely fine since the resort is located in the heart of Seminyak, and yet it was still very peaceful and quiet inside the property. Those little details are what make me want to come back again.

The road on the way back to the hotel was a bit uncomfortable because it was dark and quiet, especially when walking at night, although the distance was short.

The service was exceptional. Can’t fault the staff. The entire team was amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful especially since we’re a young family. The spa is amazing. Highly recommend all the spa services.

It’s slightly outdated. There was a strong odour from the shower drain and sink drain. The staff tried to help clear it but it came back everytime the water was turned on.
