I Tre Golfi Beach Apartments

Very close to the beach, near restaurants and shops.

No A/C in the livingroom (only in the bedroom), smelly bathroom, dirty and old bathroom towels, dirty kitchenware, old overall apartment and furniture needs a total make over and renovation to up to date standards (no washing machines). We booked that apartment because from the photos was an upper floor with see view, at the end we got ground floor with road view (no balcony).

Staff was very helpful in responding to us and helping us with our check in and check out . Laura was especially helpful. Location is perfect we can see the beach straight ahead . The apartment had everything we needed.

Only thing was the night lamp was broken and we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs but that was expected. Very safe and bright little place.

The fact that the sea and the beach are close. The staff is very friendly, especially Ivan.

When I booked, there were pictures with a view of the sea, but in reality we did not get an apartment with a view or with a balcony. And the apartment did not have a place where we could dry the costumes and wet towels.

The location had a sea view and centrally located …It was breathtakingly beautiful. The staff were very helpful and very nice. Would highly recommend this

Everyone was super helpful, extremely communicative and fast response. Location is right on the beach, all you need is just 5 min walk away. Apartment was clean and comfortable with extra goodies for the guests.. Check in and check out easy and fast.

Amenities of the apartment could be renovated but everything was perfectly functioning.

First of all the location- you cross the street and you are at the beach. You can reach every place by foot. Beautiful views from the balcony. The apartment is well-equipted. Also the staff is very helpful, available and ready for all questions.

Great self-catered apartment that is right across the street from the beach. We had a lower level apartment with a small balcony and a clothes drying rack. While it’s not listed in the property amenities, there is a wall mounted AC in the bedroom. There are a few quirks: €100 deposit at check in (at an office that’s a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment itself), you have to take out the various types of garbage and recycling according to a weekly schedule, and there’s an inspection of the apartment by a staff member when handing back the keys. It’s all very manageable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a great choice for a beach vacation in San Vito Lo Capo, but don’t book it expecting a hotel like experience.

So, everything is great... except for the size of the shower. It was surprisingly small. Only owners of S, M and probably L sizes can get into the shower. Xl, XXL size owners have no chance

Good location about 50 meters from the sea!

Great location, close to the beach. Sea view and palm tree in the middle. Comfortable apartment for a family of four.

The shower cabin is really small.
