Gran Meliá Chengdu

I had the chance to have lunch at International restaurant and the quality of the food and the attention form the Manager of the place, Pablo González, was a great experience. Finally, the view to the lake and the Global Center (biggest mall in the world) is fantastic!

I visited Melia Chengdu Hotel with my wife for a trip to Chengdu for three days. The interior of the hotel and all its environments are luxurious and above all, the hotel staff are very professional and friendly. We visited the Red Level Lounge several times during our stay at the hotel and the quality of the food was excellent, especially Spanish cuisine. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant's environment offers a wonderful view. If you visit Chengdu, I strongly recommend you to stay at Melia Chengdu.

Love this 5 star resort! Large, luxurious and exquisitely designed rooms! Bed is super comfortable. Didn’t feel like I ever wanted to leave the room. So relaxing and beautiful. Great ambience and amazing design inside and outside with a view of a big lake. Super nice indoor pool. My only small complaint is that I wish there were more exercise equipment and running machines in the fitness center. Most of all, the customer service is top notch. From check in to check out and dining, Vivian Pang, Kevin Tan, Lesley Lai gave excellent and flawless service. I will definitely make this resort my number one choice when I stay again in Chengdu!

My wife and I was planning a trip to Chengdu. We noticed this hotel is just opened and seems has a very good view. We want a quiet place so we decided to stay in this hotel. When we arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and efficient with my check in.They were great to show the hospitality for free upgarded the room for us. The manager, Vivien Pang, who was very nice to show us to the room. We love the view from the room. It seemed this building was surrounded by flowers, trees and lake. The room was perfectly quiet. Hope we will be back soon.Highly recommended!

A little surprise when I check/in this European style hotel in Chengdu. Located in the heart of hi-tech zone, urban oasis resort style, nearby a beautiful lake, Warm welcome from the entrance to the front desk are very good. They make me feel very special even travelling in this extremely tough pandemic time. They always smile and genuinely helpful. Nancy, Vivian, and the entire guest services, concierge, front desk were all very warm and helpful. I will definitely comeback. It's the best choice in Hi-tech zone for business travellers.
