Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Zu den Mahlzeiten fühlten wir uns im sehr großen Restaurant ziemlich verloren.

Schwimmbad und Strand

Klimaanlage voll verschimmelt,Handtücher hatten Löcher. Hallenbad war Gebührenpflichtig 20€/Person überteuert. Frühstückssäfte wurden in Plastikbecher serviert. Frühstück- und Abendessenleistung wie in maximal 3*Hotel, sehr viele Fertigprodukte .....typische Kantinenessen.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal extrem freundlich. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade gleich von Beginn an. Es war außerhalb der Saison aber immer noch sehr professionell.
