ZAZAIt is situated in a great and convenient spot, close to everything. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. The staff at the premises were very friendly and helpful and check-in went really quickly
The kettle had layers of silicone in it. There were sachets of an extremely low quality coffee and coffee creamer, no milk. We booked for 3 and there were 3 sachets only of each, so if you wanted coffee at night and in the morning, you had to pick one. No water supplied No bar fridge. The bathroom door couldn't close entirely. The additional bed for my daughter was in front of the closet, so you had to climb onto her bed and slide open the doors to the closet. The tv had limited channels. The restaurant lunch and dinner menu is extremely limited and the prices for water or drinks are excessive (R35 for a 500ml Valpre) For the price paid, I expected much more comfort. The hotel has the right employees, location etc to make it great, but lacks greatly in comfort to people staying there. I am thankful it was only a two night stay
ZAI liked the fact that the air con was able to keep the room warm, the water was hot too as it is winter. We also got extra blankets incase we feel cold.
Everything was fine but the issue of buying myself water it was something else if was soft drink I understand but water please think twice and do better 🙏
