Tru By Hilton Macon North, Ga

Large room with a comfortable bed. Modern and clean. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. There was a pool table and comfortable seating in the lobby area. Breakfast was good. Plenty of free parking. Good location, not far from the highway. We were passing through Macon en route to Nashville.

Not much. Lovely building

TV did not work. When calling the front desk she was no help. Could not leave her desk only one on duty. No cups in the room. Our room was the first getting off the elevator. What can I say, screaming kids, adults drunk banging around. Horrible experience. We are Hilton Honor members, terrible experience and the price was ridiculous.

This is budget hotel but very expensive. It was first experience with brand and I will never stay in this brand.

Breakfast was good. Gluten free options would have been helpful. The staff were friendly. Location was good.

The size of our room was extremely small. No closet. No liners in trash cans. Bathroom floor was not clean. Visible signs of urine drops around base of toilet. Heavy dust on all chrome of shower frame. Elevator floors spotted with dirt. Tacky decor. This hotel didn’t measure up to Hilton quality.

The staff were amazing!

Property was convenient to the location of work and clean with helpful, friendly staff.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, but the pillows were good.

Front staff was excellent.

Couldn't get the tv to work even after someone came into to try to help.
