pillows were not very comfortable

We've stayed here several times on trips from Colorado to Minnesota. We've been very pleased with all aspects of the hotel, and the breakfasts are exceptional. We look forward to staying again on a future trip.

Mobility assisted rooms were close to elevators.

Getting the temperature right - too cool.

The room size was comfortable; lay out good, and kitchen facilities were good. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated the choice of TV stations and access to extras, like Netflix. The blinds worked well and cut out light and the hot afternoon sun.

Unfortunately, the central air conditioner was a bit noisy and annoying. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was only serviced 1 day out of 4, which was disappointing.

The staff is excellent. Room smelled wonderful, crisp yet very soft sheets, great kitchenette on the Home2 side. Loved the pool, workout room, and other offered amenities.

Only thing they need is a jacuzzi! Besides that, perfect place to stay for work, couples, or for family and pets.

The room was clean and breakfast was decent

Sadly our smoke detector woke me up in the middle of the night chirping. Front desk didnt have a replacement so we had to go to the store to buy our own batteries and only received a sorry for the inconvenience. Will not ever return.
