En general bien me he hospedado varias veces esta vez no me gusto q el desayuno se acabó muy rápido y tardaron en rellenar al siguiente día baja más temprano y pasó lo mismo . Solo ese detalle

Muy buen servicio

Hotel bonito, comodo y en una buena zona. El personal siempre amable. Lo unico que no me gusta son las regaderas estilo americano que tienes que abrirle completamente y gastan demasiada agua!

Todo excelente, sólo la encargada de limpieza no rellenó nunca el depósito del jabón líquido del área de la regadera.

Stuff management

El personal malísimo , mal encarados se quema una habitación contigua los polvos de los extinguí dores nos provocó nauseas y malestares todo el fin de semana , nadie nos avisó sobre lo que pasaba. En mi vida pido un Hampton

The staff at check-in were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The underground parking was convenient and easy to access. Breakfast staff were also friendly and attentive. The room was clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which was much appreciated.

I requested a room on the highest floor available, but were assigned one on the 4th out of 5 floors. Unfortunately, the room faced a wall rather than offering a view of beautiful Aguascalientes. At first, l assumed the hotel was fully booked, but it turned out to be mostly empty. When I mentioned the disappointing view at checkout, the reception staff seemed unaware of which rooms offer better views. The breakfast was underwhelming. Most of the Mexican dishes were cold, and freshly prepared eggs came at an additional cost. Basic items like butter and cheese were missing—even no Philadelphia cream cheese. When I asked about it, I was told the supplier hadn’t delivered butter, as if there were no alternatives available.

Muy limpio , buena atención , recomendable

Fui dos noches por trabajo, la habitacion muy bien para 1 o 2 personas solo que es cama queen. Me queda muy bien el acceso para regresar al aeropuerto y las visitas a clientes que estaban muy cerca del hotel. Solo tuve un detalle que mi vuelo salia a las 6:17 AM, solicite taxi en lobby una noche antes para que pasaran 4:15 AM y me aseguraron que ya estaba confirmado, en la manana que aparezco nadie sabia nada y nunca llego el taxi, por suerte pude tomar Uber y sin problema pero si seria bueno asegurarse del transporte para los huespedes.
