Trendy Host 360 Miraflores

Host did not provide towels. We did not get to stay at the unit we reserved because it was not ready.

When i got there, no Wifi for 2 days and no AC in the living room only in 1 bedroom, was supposed to receive 2 fan but got only one. The couch very inconfortable, the toilet wasn't clean. Then for 1 week no Wifi again. Very dificult to reach the person in charge for my stay (Brenda) when i had those problems. At the end i tried to get in contact with a higher personel to get some money back cause didn't get what was mention and they never return my call and no one answer my call. BAD BAD experience and last time i deal with Trendy Host. My family rented in the same building with another company and got better rooms and better price for what i paid!

We are in the lobby 10:30PM, and only a security guard there knowing nothing, I wrote them , never reply me, I called hotel.com and they said they can’t get them either, they sent me a check in online and I did, but they payment link never work. The worst thing is their listing saying can check in anytime is not ture, we found another place to stay it’s already midnight. And they changed me through my credit card next day, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I considered this listing is a fraud. I am going to report their police.

This rental was posted as having AC but it doesn’t specify that is only in the main bedroom and the apartment gets really hot. My kids couldn’t sleep in their room because it was too hot so we moved the mattresses into the master room which was very inconvenient. Not even a roll of toilet paper was given so after a long trip we had to go shopping in order to use the bathroom. There’s only one garbage bag and no dish soap or anything that you usually will find in this type of rentals. On top of everything they stole from my credit card. They charged me for my first stay in two different credit cards and then they charged me for a future rental that it was supposed to be pay there on the check in day. Not recommended.

Fue bueno . Pero la comunicacion no fue muy buena. Faltaba papel de baño. Nos dejaron 1 toalla y eramos 4. Fuera de eso la propiedad muy bien y limpia.

Excellent location. Clean and spacious. Host was responsive and accommodating our early check ins too. Highly recommended!

Como esperado, el area es muy centrica y accesible a restaurantes y supermercados. Es un buen apartamento para descansar y dormir, bien equipado con electrodomesticos.

Muy pobre comunicación por parte del host. No hubo papel higiénico en el departamento en ningún baño. Nos tocó salir a buscar a las 12 de la noche una tienda. Departamento muy bonito, cómodo, pero falta una mejor atención a algunos detalles.

Very nice and spacious apartment, our family of four really appreciate having two full bathrooms and a washer/drier as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Tourist areas, restaurants and amenities are all within a short walking distance including downtown Miraflores. A very comfortable stay.
