Great central location in Playa del Carmen - close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We booked the family room and had two separate rooms and bathrooms. The rooftop pool and lounge area is really nice. Had a great breakfast at the restaurant. Fran at the bakery was really friendly and nice and we enjoyed a delicious lemon tart and banana bread. My brother had a meeting the last day and the front desk host was really helpful to him to get the wifi he needed!

L’emplacement est vraiment super et le restaurant à l’étage est très bien. Le personnel était bien également. La femme de ménage était très gentille

Les piscines n’étaient pas super propre et notre chambre était un peu désuète. De plus le pommeau de douche coulait de partout.

I Went from Playa Del Carmen to Guatemala and this was my favorite hotel that i stayed in during my travels. The room was lovely and so were the facilities. The staff members were also really nice and would go above and beyond for you. Cant really argue with the hotel for the price.
