Central location walkable distance to everything you need. Staff friendly and accommodating.

I stayed in a large comfortable room. There was a pleasant coffee and food lounge near reception. Coffee both hot and iced plus a range of cold drinks were freely available. A microwave was there if wanted. The staff were all pleasant and helpful

Nothing came up that I didn't like.

A localização, sem dúvida. Bem perto da estação de Kyoto, foi-nos possível mesmo com malas grandes fazer o percurso ida e volta com bastante facilidade. Adorámos ainda o facto de haver uma loja de conveniência à frente do hotel, tendo nos facilitado em algumas refeições. O espaço do hotel destinado a este fim também é bastante bom e útil, tendo várias mesas e assentos disponíveis, e ainda máquinas com bebidas e café à disposição.

Apesar de estarmos à espera, devido às informações e fotografias fornecidas pelo Booking, o quarto triplo era realmente bastante pequeno para acomodar três pessoas. Era apenas possível abrir uma mala de porão de cada vez, sendo que o tínhamos que fazer alternadamente. Também não apreciámos o facto de haver pouca arrumação no espaço, sendo impossível cada pessoa ter espaço para as suas próprias coisas. E também muito poucas tomadas para carregar os aparelhos eletrónicos. A alcatifa do quarto não estava ainda nas melhores condições, havendo muito poeira por baixo das camas.

Clean and comfortable. 10 minute walk to Kyoto station. A little further away from main area of Kyoto, however close to local train station. Excellent staff who helped book a doctors visit

Honestly it has everything anyone can need. It's close to a vegan café, close to a curry place which closes late at night. The beds are comfortable. It's about 10 minutes away on foot from the station. My partner forgot his jacket and they sent it to our hotel in Tokyo and spoke to them on our behalf. The staff is incredible, many thanks for helping us out with this!

A bit noisy at night because our room was facing the street, and too much light entering the room in the morning
