Central location, very clean , very pleasant landlady and staff. Nice showers which recently refurbished. Quiet side street location.

Rooms were hot as are near to central heating room . There were some small fans provided but these could do with an upgrade which would mostly solve that problem . There is no parking and so booked that nearby on an app before the stay . Landlady did ask if we were ok for parking so would be an idea to discuss with her before your stay

Lovely place to stay at in Hove, very close to the center as well as to the beach. The owner and the staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room is clean and the pub is very enjoyable. The breakfast consists of some fresh croissants, yoghurt, milk & cereal, fresh fruits and smoothie, which was a big plus. Can't wait to go back!

Room can get quite hot during the Summer heat season so it is advisable to leave the window open for the whole day/night.

The owner Sue was very welcoming.

We were there on one of the hottest days of the year so far. It was a very small room and was extremely hot which made it difficult to have a good nights sleep.

The bed room and shower room were very clean. The mini fridge with fresh milk and orange juice was a lovely touch as were the croissants! The staff were really friendly and helpful

Het andere paar dat met ons mee was, was bang dat er brand uitbrak en dat er dan geen vluchtroute is. Wordt daar op gecontroleerd?

We had a wonderful two-night stay here. The welcome was exceptionally warm, and despite the compact size of the accommodation, it was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Every day we were delighted to find fresh pastries, milk, yogurt, coffee and fruit provided for us, such a lovely touch. Sue (the owner) was genuinely kind, attentive and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We were only sorry that we didn't have enough time to enjoy a drink in the pub downstairs. The location is excellent: just a short walk from the beach, the main shopping area, bus stops and all amenities. The street is quiet, and the pub itself is very peaceful, with no noise issues and sensible closing hours. We would happily stay here again.
