Ich buche das Hotel mehrmals im Jahr für unsere Besucher (wir wohnen direkt gegenüber). Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt sehr guten Filterkaffee sowie sämtliche Kaffevarianten am Kaffee-Vollautomaten.

Das Parken in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage ist sehr teuer. Deutlich günstiger ist dies im 100 m entfernten Parkhaus Rosengarten möglich (Einfahrt über die Straße "Am Rosengarten").

"Ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt"

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung; als sehr positiv empfand ich die große Getränkeauswahl an Kaffeespezialitäten, Tee und Fruchtsäften. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt.

Ungewöhnlich war, das ich sofort bei Ankunft auf meine noch nicht im Voraus bezahlte Rechnung angesprochen wurde. Das irritierte mich etwas, da ich extra mit der Option gebucht hatte, erst in der Unterkunft zu zahlen. Der Fernseher ist modern und es sind ausreichend Kanäle vorhanden, jedoch sollten diese auch gepflegt werden. D.h. der angezeigte Sender sollte auch der sein, der laut Liste dort laufen sollte.
