OKKO Hotels Lille Centre

Tested the hotel staff with a request for late check-out on a Friday (up to 3 pm) citing the need to catch a late train to the airport; the staff understandingly and graciously obliged!! Well Done and Thank You! (We checked out by 1 pm actually)

Rooms was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was limited in choice. Work was being carried out at the entrance to the property, which was a bit bothersome, but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Central location. Great room. Well serviced. Helpful staff. Bar area was ok but not somewhere you would probably linger too long.

Room was covered in dust, clearly not cleaned proper. The lights did not work properly, main switch had to be on for all others to work which meant going to toilet in the night was tricky. This was raise with the hotel but nothing they could do as they didn’t have any maintenance available

Lovely hotel in the centre of the city. The room was clean and modern. It's great that they offer free drinks and snacks at the club. We are very happy with the stay.

Nice hotel. The decor reminds me of Ikea but in a nice way. The front desk staff was nice and helpful with any questions I had. They have an ironing room - a room to go iron - which I thought was a bit odd but the iron worked great and there was no wait when I went so no complaints, just unexpected. Lots of great shops and restaurants just outside of the hotel and the train stations (they have two) and walking distance if you don’t mind a little bit of a walk. My only “issue” was that I left the do not disturb sign on my door when I left for the day because I didn’t need/want the room cleaned and when I came back, they had come in anyway. Kind of annoying but minor all in all.
