Great apartment in the Centre of Hereford - close to shops, pubs and places to eat. Really enjoyed my stay - was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Very good value too. Will certainly return!

There isn't anything that I would have changed. It was excellent for my purposes.

Having to watch videos to get into the property etc. I was standing in the street where the property was located and I rang them up to ask which shops it was near. They said ' Didn't you watch a video?' When I finally got it out of them, it turned out I was only 10 meters away from the property but they were expecting me to download the video and watch it in the middle of the street. Often the code to get into the property didn't work There were bits in the bed, didn't feel very clean. Sofa very uncomfortable - from bedsit land. The light in the bathroom kept going off when I was having a shower. The light sensor didn't reach the the shower - ridiculous! They sent me 3 emails demanding to know my checkout time. They gave me 2 small towels for a 3 night stay. Said I had to pay for more They took a damage deposit that was more than the cost of the stay.

the bed was not comfortable. The right side sunk in and had to sleep on the middle of the bed.

Well equipped and well presented apartment in a great location. Some minor downsides: no external window (but small fan and mobile air con provided), bathroom door sticks to frame and automatic bathroom light does not detect motion in the shower. Also on one occasion we could not enter for an hour because the access code was changed without telling us.
