Remote iPad log in. Only staff contact was a delightful cleaner we met each morning.

We arrived early to grand base and planned to leave our luggage locked up in the lobby but were fortunate enough to have been greeted by Aya who advised that our room was ready for check-in. Aya was fantastic with such a lovely and bubbly personality and went through all the facilities with us, places to see, where they were and how to get there. The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable with all the required facilities for an enjoyable stay. Excellent location with a short stroll to peace memorial park, Hondori shopping precinct and public transport.

Dinnerware bowls could be bigger, like Ramen size.

The property was stunning! The garden when you walk in and the accommodations could not be better. We enjoyed having a peaceful escape during our stay in Japan near all the things we wanted to see. The check in process was easy. Having the option to wash our clothes and have a cooked dinner was a relief. The staff is kind and left us great instructions! Just book it!!

The only thing that could have made things easier is having bag forwarding as an option, but the bag forwarding is a 10 min walk and easy to find from the hotel.

Grand Base Hiroshima Peace Park was a great location! The hotel was clean and well set up for our group of 4. The two ladies that clean the rooms were awesome! So friendly, kind, and helpful!

The fan/dryer in the shower and the hunidifer(dehumidifier?) were smelly. We just didn’t use the humidifier as it was way too scented for us. The dryer in the shower was musty smelly when running to dry the clothes.

Large, comfortable room, with excellent bathroom and laundry facilities. Very good location a stones throw from the Peace Park, with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Lovely, friendly and helpful manager.
