Place, facilities, clean, room size

Lack of English instruction to many of the facilities: air conditioning, television, washing machine… No mineral water which is common for every hotel in this level When making the reservation its not clear enough that the hotel is self service with no staff.

Excellent hotel with fantastic facilities, spacious rooms and everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Even though the hotel does not have on-site reception staff, the team still went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, looked after and happy during our time there. The communication and support were excellent and made the stay feel very welcoming and easy. I genuinely cannot compliment this hotel highly enough. The location was also amazing and made it incredibly convenient for exploring Hiroshima. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and very comfortable especially since there were 4 of us. Great to have a place for luggage beyond check out and grateful to borrow umbrellas!

Great location and very close to the Peace Memorial Park and the boat jetty to Miyajima Island. It s a one room with beds, kitchen and seating area and there is enough space. There is a parking place in front of the hotel and you can park for maximum 48 hours. If you want to stay longer you just pay and activate the parking again. the location is perfect and there is a supermarket around the corner.

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Cozy hotel that wasn’t too busy. Shout out to the housekeeper who was extremely nice and was able to recommend things to do in Hiroshima
