I was given a room , one that already had a work order for it for dancing no heat, on a night the temps dropped to around 30! My dog and I froze! The next morning before leaving to meet my first grand child, i walked the dog came back and was locked out. We were stuck in the lobby for over an hour, got back in and allowed to change rooms , but the one area of the hotel i requested not to get, by the elevators , is exactly were they moved me. The experience was so bad i left a day earlier. And now it’s been a month and no one, from the general manager to any employe has ever contacted me to, apologize or compensate me for the horrible stay i had. Shame on them, stay some place else!

Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Communication was extremely easy through text. Cleanliness and amenities were great! The location was very convenient!

I didn’t love the walk to/from the parking deck.
