Photos de notre logement non conforme aux photos. Nous avons réservé ce logement pour la piscine privée. Et il n’y avait pas de piscine. On nous a attribué une autre villa avec piscine qui était immense.500 m2. La villa etait géniale mais le problème c’est qu’elle était ouverte aux quatre vents. Aucune fermeture des baies vitrées et les portes des chambres ne fermaient pas à clé.Nous étions avec nos enfants et je peux vous dire qu’on a passé 3 mauvaises nuits.Pas rassuré du tout. Un cauchemar de dormir dans une grande maison qui n’était pas sécurisé. On nous a dit qu’il y avait pas de clé.On avait jamais vu ça. Même si c’était un très bel endroit on ne reviendra plus jamais.

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Eden Reserve and had an absolutely wonderful stay. It felt like home from home, everything was clean and modern. The staff go out of their way to ensure a perfect stay and are so very helpful with sorting your itinerary. A special mention to Christoff and Pucci, they took great care of us and our children were such big fans of theirs. The hotel has an exclusive feel to it with children still very much welcomed, exactly what we were looking for. Arrivederci!

Piękne miejsce do spędzania wakacji, hotel bardzo cichy i zadbany, dobra restauracja.

Everything was just perfect. The view is absolutely breathtaking, breakfasts were excellent, and the hotel’s design is stylish and thoughtfully curated. The staff deserves special praise – they’re truly top-notch. We arrived before the official check-in time, but our room was already ready and we were welcomed immediately. My clothes were washed and returned in no time. We were also given full access to the pool and spa whenever we wanted, without strict time slots – which made the stay feel extra relaxed and luxurious.

A couple of minor notes: The pool is not very large – something to be aware of if you’re expecting a big swimming area. Also, there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the shower room, which might be related to structural features of the building. Perhaps, the technical staff can look into this.

Peccato perché per un hotel 5 stelle da quasi 2000€ a notte mi aspettavo un minimo di servizi in più : Ad esempio come siamo arrivati per il check in alle 15 di pomeriggio non si poteva ordinare niente da mangiare pur essendoci il servizio in camera che dovrebbe essere 24H per fortuna gentilmente mi è stata preparata una caprese. Prezzi minibar esagerati,9€ per una lattina di coca mi sembra davvero esagerato. Sono disposto a pagare 9€ in un hotel 5 stelle per una coca se almeno mi venisse servita in un bicchiere con del ghiaccio e limone per esempio. Prima di cena ho richiamato il room service chiedendo due sprite (gazzose) e dopo 2 minuti mi hanno richiamato dicendomi che non avevano bibite se non coca cola (in lattina a 9€)… camera bella ma non pulitissima, colazione misera, e mi aspettavo almeno di essere avvisato che la piscina privata della stanza era una vasca d acqua bollente (40 gradi) visto che ad agosto una persona che va in vacanza in un posto con la piscina dove già la temperatura dell ambiente è attorno ai 30 gradi visto che siamo in estate sarebbe magari gradita una piscina dove potersi rinfrescare . Non torneremo sicuramente, per quelli prezzi ci sono un sacco di alternative migliori sul lago di Garda

It is a flag of luxury in Europe. The Landmark villa is a huge luxurious heaven with 3 huge master bedrooms all with ensuite huge bathrooms. One of the master bedrooms is on the top floor alone. In the ground floor there is a huge living room with dinning room and open fully equipped kitchen. In the basement there is your own gym and sauna with its own batheoom. In the same floor there is your huge private parking which can fit 4 cars at least. The private huge pool and nice garden is yours also. Everything in the villa is luxurious with smart home features and taking care every single detail. The view of the Garda lake whether from the pool or specially from the top floor master bedroom let you feel that the high price paid is worth. The restaurant is good not super. The staff are very nice as well.
