Everything was nice and clean and staff was great

This was the worst place I have ever booked. The pictures made it look so cute, clean and safe. When we arrived we were very shocked. The parking lot was full of what seemed to be all kinds of sketchy people but we went ahead and checked in just because it was only the outside. When we went inside the hotel doors the smell was horrible. Inside the room was even worse, the smoke detector was falling out of the ceiling and wrapped in a plastic bag. We pulled the bed away from the wall to check for bed bugs, like we always do no matter what, and there was bugs all in the floor. I went straight to the front desk to check back out and seen a drug deal happening along with what seemed to be prostitute hook ups. I couldn't get a refund even though I had only been checked in a total of 10 minutes buts that was ok because we were not staying at this place. IT IS TERRIBLE, UNSAFE, NASTY, and I can not say enough bad things about this place. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

The motel was hard to find, in that it was not visible from the street, and, when I called, the night clerk's Indian accent and mispronunciation of English was hard to understand. I TV and hair drier did not work. The manager assured me they would be fixed that day. When I returned the second night, they still did not work. The night manager assured me the custodian would come fix the TV. I waited about an hour and fell asleep in my clothes. The next morning a lady in the office explained that they could locate the custodian. I made my own bed but the floors were not cleaned after the first of my two day stay.
