Convenience.

Other than the gate security guard and a guard at the pool, I never saw any staff. The shower in my sons bathroom didn’t work. The electric plug in master bath doesn’t work. Hair pins in shower and on the floor. The door was open when we arrived. Arriving at a condo at night with a child, it was not a good feeling to have the door open.
