"Pathetic service from booking.com"

We were fooled by booking.com we received confirmation from them about the booking details bit when we reached resort they denied the booking and our weekend was wasted as we did not book any other resort. Stop fooling people when you can coordinate with the hotel people.

The ambience was good overall. Basic hygiene was maintained. The room was good too.

Lot of mosquitoes, couldn't sleep well due to this. The dishes etc. used to serve food, were not clean. The rooms can be little more soundproof. Could hear other rooms' voices in our room, possibly vice versa too.
