Отдыхали в январе. С погодой не повезло, дул постоянно ветер и весь отель продуватся. На завтраке все сдувает, вечером на ужине дует и холодно, в аквапарке сдувает. Спасались на ресепшене, там можно было посидеть без ветра. Благо есть халаты в номере, ходили в халатах, т.к. с собой не было теплой одежды. Понравилось, что дают бесплатно велосипеды, на которых можно свободно везде передвигаться. Персонал хороший, завтраки достойные.

Нету столика на балконе у номера. Только 2 старых стула. Отель хороший, а вот само место не очень. ничего рядом нет от слова совсем. Массаж в отеле очень дорогой. Заняться особо не чем. Поэтому зависать здесь более чем на 3 дня не стоит.

I stayed in the TCC again . Staffs are very kind especially Ly, Thu, Thao, Vu, Khoa, and Hoa . I might stay in the TCC resort again when my holiday comes

Хорошее месторасположение, очень большая красивая территория, широкий пляж. Есть аквапарк. Официанты в ресторане вежливые и доброжелательные.

Плохая уборка номера, при уборку нужно отодвигать мебель, забежала ящерица, пока ее искали, увидели что за тумбочками видимо не мыли никогда. В шкафу резкий запах, похоже набрызгали чем-то от насекомых. Стены грязные. Сантехника расшатанная. Ресторан: завтрак -всего много, но не вкусно. Половина блюд холодные, кофе горький. Вечером в ресторане блюд из меню не оказалось в наличии. В спа не работала горячая вода. Атмосферы спа не было, кругом что то ремонтировали. С чистотой тоже не все ок. На шезлонгах нет матрасов. На деревянном шезлонге и полотенце не комфортно. Потенциал у отеля отличный, но нужно делать ремонт улучшить работу персонала. И не помешали бы москитные сетки на окна и балконные двери.
