great location. The owner of the apartment tried to help quickly.

The furniture and household items are in poor condition. It was quite dirty. What is in the pictures does not correspond to reality. The apartment needs renovation. What you see in the pictures does not correspond to reality. The bed linen is in poor condition. you have to pay for the pool when we asked to change the bed linen, they only brought a sheet. I asked to bring pillowcases, but they never did.

Good location near the center of the city, the beach is 2 minutes away. The building is pretty new and there is shopping center on lower floors.

Some minor facilities problems.

The room was spacious.

The property manager didn’t check me in and I picked up the key at the lobby reception and that resulted in issues, including her complaining the next day I hadn’t paid yet when that was her fault. She didn’t show me how to use the a/c and washer and that led to time figuring out how to use them later and issues with the washer emptying. The property mgr didn’t understand the booking.com payment process and that led to too much time working on this when I should have been exploring the area. I asked how to get to some of the islands and she never got back to me. She didnt tell me how to heat the water so I missed taking a shower 1 day. She took the Sunday off and wasn’t available for over 24 hours so didn’t respond to my message about cleaning the room that day. The placed I booked wasn’t available the 1st night because the a/c needed to be repaired and the place they put me in smelled of smoke. The tea kettle was so filthy I wouldnt use it. Sofa was really stained and I wouldn’t sit on it. The location isn’t the best if you want to be in an area that is busier with more things to do.

Close to shopping Center and beach

There is cooking equipment but no oil, salt, pepper, nothing. So you can’t really cook there. There is also no washing detergent.

The quality of the apartment is very high, it is quite big, you get almost everything you need for your stay, of you need something more there is a shopping center in the same building. You get a wonderful view from the balcony, the sea on the left, the city in the middle and the mountains on the right. Comparing the cleanliness with the other experience I had in Vietnam, I should say this was the best, even if it is still not comparable with Europe. The only issue we had, is that there is no privacy for the bathroom, there is a glass wall and the curtain is almost transparent, as soon as you turn on the light, so at night everyone in the apartment sees inside the bathroom.
