Отличный апартаменты на 30 этаже, полностью соответствуют фото, с лифтами проблем не было, приходили быстро. Заранее списались с Хэлен, она рассказала, как забрать ключ-карту и сориентировала по всем остальным вопросам. Квартира просторная, чистая, с видом на город, горы и море. Две отдельные спальни, два санузла, гостиная? стиральная машина. На ТВ есть ютюб. Уборка раз в два дня по запросу. В кондо огромный супермаркет Lotte Mart и много брендовых магазинов. До моря 2 мин пешком. Есть платный бассейн на 12А этаже, стоимость: 200тыс донгов. Район тихий, в квартире не слышно дороги и шума. Нам все понравилось, с удовольствием вернемся вновь!

Это не относится к квартире, просто наблюдения. В этом районе нет массажных салонов в шаговой доступности, нужно идти к лотосу. Также нет большого выбора вкусных ресторанов рядом. Только один радовал - Oi Nha Trang Restaurant.

Отличное расположение на первой линии. До пляжа 2 минуты, надо только перейти дорогу. Номер просторный, кровати удобные. Есть стиральная машинка. Убирались каждые 2 дня. Хозяйка на наши прозьбы отвечала быстро.

На кухне есть вытяжка, но она не подсоединена к общей системе вентиляции, по факту она просто гоняет воздух с кухни в кухню. Стены в квартире уже пора перекрасить.
