We had a special request and it was generously granted, and further our stay was truly enhanced with several extras provided free of charge. The breakfast was great with fresh orange juice and real espresso machine, the lobby had live grand piano playing, pools and everything were clean and in excellent condition, sauna and hamam available upon short request. Very family friendly, with a playroom and pool items for kids. We had a very quiet room, clean and well maintained and fully stocked.

well the breakfast was very good. had many options. our room was big enough. the pool was clean.

the fact that the cleaners left the ashtray dirty after they cleaned. And unfortunately, even though I know it is not the hotel's fault, the day we were leaving my husband found a big cockroach in the bathroom.

Very nice room, clean, pool & beach view at 4th floor, free upgrade was provided, offered champagne during check in and water at check out, the manager offered us cocktails at the pool for free
