Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

Parking was a bit difficult as the hotel has only a few spaces for parking.

modern hotel, some of the staff was very nice, theres a gym, its pretty quiet, nice view from room

one younger staff member at the reception was arrogant, didnt speak greek and showed zero interest in welcoming us properly as a guest (another lady came who was very friendly:)), gym has no desinfectant material and is not kept well, „view“ from breakfast area is a street, porridge tasted burnt.

Hotel was very nice and clean, restaurant staff was amazing. Housekeeping exceptional and polite. Location wise is perfect.

The reception staff need to work on their communication skills. How to talk to a guest, how to resolve the issues that are caused by the hotel, and should be fixed instantly. You can not tell the customer to go and wait when we have been waiting for 2 hours. The room was flooded because the shower drain was clogged. The water came halfway into the room, but she couldn't be bothered to solve it. When she finally found us another room, our unpacked stuff had to be packed, and she didn't even send someone to help. She just gave the keycard and sent me off to find the room and move in there myself. Her attitude was rude, and when i said im the guest, the hotel is yours. You have to fix it she replied in a mocking laugh. The hotel does not belong to me.
