The air conditioner was broke the room was very hot and smelled like wet paint and the bathroom was dirty and it had bugs in it but the room would’ve been great if it wasn’t for that

Had a ice machine but didn’t work.

Had no ice machine pillows were horrible

This place looked NOTHING like the pictures online

My wife and I took a trip to Chicago and this was a very inexpensive alternative. The linens and towels were changed everyday and the room was cleaned everyday. It was relatively quite. We stayed there only to sleep in between sightseeing so I know nothing of how it was during the day or any amenities. The only issue I had at the property at all is I had to fix the drain in the bathroom sink. For some reason it was disconnected allowing water all over the floor. I figure that was just an aberration and not how every room is. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent cleaning staff, room was thoroughly cleaned daily. General condition of property is poor and filthy.

Rooms were great service was good but had kids running the hallway at 1 am and people outside our room all night drinking and being load

The room was dirty. The sheets had not been changed, and there was very inappropriate “adult contraceptive trash” in the bathroom garbage. Staff needed to be convinced to offer a refund
