Before arrival read the reviews and some was concerning the cleaning, however property rating was still hight,but contacted the property host to make sure the property will be cleaned as per country standards as my little one is extremely allergic. Once checked in started receiving messages that plumbing needs to do the checks , the time was not clear as to when someone will come and could not wait as had to return the rental car. Once came back checked the property. Rubbish was still there, the furniture is so old and looks very used and stained. Mattresses are extremely stained -no topper, sheets were dirty. Was extremely concerned that there would be no bed bugs or any other things there(which thankfully wasn’t).Probably the biggest surprise was empty alcohol bottle under the mattress which made me even more worry how the sheets were changed if this was not noticed by cleaning team. Informed the property about it and was told someone will come to collect rubbish. However, was told that everything was cleaned and checked - so form the host point it was said in the way like I am making things up, it’s like I put the rubbish and said it has not been taken along with empty alcohol bottle under the mattress. Later on was confirmed plumber will come 9am on Saturday. Had to put an alarm waiting for them to come however they did not show up , then was told it will be at 15:00 but I am on holiday did not come to sit in the room. Surprises did not stop, after coming from the beach there was no water. The same guy was sent to within half hour and then another 30-40 min for the issue to be fixed. Obviously, the flat it’s not worthy at all to stay and too pricey for such poor quality. Wish I have chosen other place to stay cause that was end of our journey and it ruined it a lot. I wish they could be investigated cause the property does not look as it is in the pictures and had extremely bad smell. They should not take such money for the service they can not provide

Yhe property is in a great location. However it is smaller than you think. You would never get 4 people on the balcony. The furniture is poor and neglected. The pillows were awful and cheap rubbish. There. were no instructions for anything. The showers were as small as a caravan one. The agency though were excellent and took care of our requests. Would stay with them again but not that apartment.

From the very first hour, things did not go as we had hoped. We were given the wrong address, and we had to search for the correct one under the heat with our suitcases. When we finally arrived at the apartment, we discovered many problems.The biggest issue was the air conditioner, which sounded like a tractor, and throughout our stay, it could not be fixed. We had to turn it off because it was impossible to sit in the living room with it on.The ventilation in the master bathroom was also extremely noisy. Although a technician, who was quite pleasant, came to fix it, it took a long time, and we had to wait, wasting our own time. The kettle had a white residue that was never cleaned. The remote control for the air conditioner did not work because it lacked batteries and a cover to hold them in place.The chairs and table on the balcony were faded, making it unpleasant to sit there. The silicone in the shower was brown, and the paint on the lower part of the bathroom cabinets was peeling. From the moment we entered, there was a strong unpleasant odor. We were told it was from cooking, but that was not the case—the smell lingered throughout our stay.I am very disappointed in these apartments, especially since we moved from another apartment by the same company, where we did not experience these issues, which is why we booked through them again.

The staff were kind, and the location was very close to the sea.
