Location was fantastic - right on the beach and near the High Street

The front yard had not been swept up and since we had a toddler with us, I was obliged to sweep up the debris myself.

"Pretty damn good"

Location was perfect for the beach & free parking at the front of the house

Bedrooms quite small & no extra bin liners. Also - a bit much asking us to strip the beds and be out by ten!!

"Lovely property in a great location"

The position is second to none. The house is very spacious and comfortable. It is well equipped and I would be happy to stay there again.

There are a few maintenance issues. The shower in the family bathroom needs an overhaul. The glass shelf in the en-suite needs fixing and the bed in the 3rd bedroom is wobbly.

"Super New Years Eve break in central Aldeburgh"

Great comfortable space, brilliant kitchen. Comfy beds and great showers. Great spot in view of the sea.

"Will book again"

The location cannot be beaten

The dishwasher wasn’t very good & the cheap tablets don’t work properly so all the plates have a dusty finish. We had to hand wash everything before using. The cooker hood is dirty & pans ancient. But overall a great place to stay & we will book again.
