A localização é otima. Ele é nem espaçoso e confortável.

Tivemos alguns contratempos, em relação á limpeza e o funcionamento dos aparelhos domésticos, precisam reavaliar esses itens

El propietario entró en la vivienda, sin pedir permiso y sin llamar al timbre, como si no hubiese nadie. Ningún respeto a la intimidad de los dientes.

Muito amplo com todas as comodidades necessárias

Ogród, przestrzeń w środku, parking obok apartamentu, cena adekwatna do warunków. Grzejniki na zimne wieczory w każdej sypialni.

Stary i nie działający czajnik elektryczny, brak światła w jednej sypialni, brudna zamrażarka.

Asseio, localização .

Falta de água quente em 2 casas de banho e na cozinha. Falta de aquecimento em 1 quarto

l'emplacement, le jardin et le parking privé c'est tout. Le reste était tout à revoir.

Douche cassée. Photos non conformes. Pas de vue mer. Chaises cassées. Coussins des fauteuils sales et délavés. Cafetière qui fuit. Manque de vaisselle. Vitres sales. Beaucoup de saletés sous les coussins du canapé ! Prise électrique non fonctionnelle. Placards encombrés dans les chambres. Chaises exterieures pas solides. Poignée baie vitrée inexistante. Peinture des meubles abimée. Bref, une rénovation complète est nécessaire dans cet appartement.

Stiamo facendo il Cammino dei pescatori, siamo arrivati stanchi e a piedi a Luz da Salema e siamo stati costretti ad andare a prendere le chiavi a Lagos presso l'agenzia Dream Algarve in via Vasco De Gama. Abbiamo dovuto trovare e pagare un taxi e perdere 2 ore e fare una coda infinita in agenzia nonostante la stanchezza. Abbiamo sempre viaggiato, abbiamo più di 60 anni, e mai ci è successo di non trovare le chiavi presso la struttura affittata. Al momento della prenotazione non ci è stato detto che le chiavi erano a Lagos e non a Luz. Non consiglieremo questa agenzia nelle nostre comunicazioni su Rota Vicentina

The appartment is big. Supermarket just behind the corner. Beach 10min walk.

The noise level of the location . It is NOISY . The nice garden and also the bedrooms are located right next to one of the busier streets in Luz with cobble stones , nearly all traffic needs to pass through this one way street. On top of it , a bus station is located right across the street where the busses wait sometimes quite a bit with the engine running . Across the street , glass containers and rubbish containers are collected with trucks approximately around midnight. Youngsters sometimes stand shouting and smoking what i think is weed . All this meant we had to sleep with the windows and shutters closed . The appartment is not well noise isolated from the neighbours located above neither. The appartment would need quite a bit of renovation , many things are rusty or corroded , which is regretful for an appartement with this potential. Parking is not available behind the house , one does not have the badge to open the barrier , so one has to look for a spot sometimes some distance from the appartement.
