B27 - LuzBay 2 Bed Apartment

Приємний простір для тих, хто шукає комфорту та зручності. Кімната була у відмінному стані, а ліжко було зручним. Загальні зони були чистими та доглянутими. Мені також сподобався спокій цього району. Чудове перебування.

The complex and location are excellent

Poorly maintained apartment. Not properly cleaned. Urine and hair on toilets, mouldy scum on the toilet. Mouldy shower mats. Smell from sink ,smell from dishwasher , ended up hand washing everything as a result . Furniture was dirty , hair and dust all over couch . Air con unit leaking caused massive puddle on balcony as drain was blocked . Found dream Algarve ( management company) very frustrating to deal with , Initially had to queue up for 30-40 mins to collect keys in lagos , after a flight and drive with two young kids , a frustrating experience . They answered phone calls however never responded to my emails and never called me back regarding all the issues related to the apartment. This apartment should never been let out in this state . Have stayed on baia da luz multiple times over The last six years and this was the worst experience . Requested a refund as the apartment was in such a poor condition . Agents on phone (Anna and Thiago ) said they would request from their director but to date haven’t received any communication.

We have been coming to Baia da luz for years and the location and facilities are fabulous.

This particular appartment was a little tired and needs a little tlc compared to the appartments we have previously stayed at.

Nice, big apartment with a big balcony and access to two nice pools. Fully equipped and gray for the kids!

Blinds in the kitchen didn’t work.

Great location and large apartments

Few faulty doors and modernisation needed in areas , can tell this property is let out a lot .

Bardzo ładny, duży i dobrze wyposażony apartament, z pełnym wyposażeniem kuchennym i balkonem. Spokojna lokalizacja, około 10 minut spacerem od Praia da Luz i tamtejszych restauracji. Bezpłatny parking przed drzwiami lub na parkingu podziemnym. Basen w kompleksie wakacyjnym z 2 basenami.

Loved the shower pressure, loved the vicinity to the town and beach

Light in living room did not work, coffee pot was broken, kitchen hood lights were broken, both irons did not work, beds were extremely hard, no beach towels, no dish towels, electric sockets came out while trying to plug in which is extremely dangerous. I notified the booking agent and was told it was being worked on…7 days later nothing was completed..very disappointed

Location and amenities were great.

We had to return twice to get the checkin key code because they did not inform LuzBay reception of our reservation…not very efficient.
