Clean, quiet, comfy. Great staff, always friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Location is awesome. Incredible room suite...home away from home. This location has caused me to join the loyalty program and I will look for Residence Inns in other locations. Highly recommended.

Toilet paper holder was busted. I told the front desk on the way out.

Location saves this place otherwise kind of awful. Blinking harsh emergency light in bedroom. All night every 15 minutes a blazing flash… room cooling uneven, bedroom hot and balance of room cold.odd layout so first floor is below main floor am]nd there is no instructions saying that Is the case.. parking a hike. Room noise horrible up at 430 am with garbage truck outside. Only reason to stay here is access to trails and ability to walk around .

This is our second stay at this property. It is going to be our go to when we go to Ft Worth to visit our daughter . The property is very clean , the staff is great and there are some great restaurants in walking distance .

Location was great11 Everything you need is close by.

We ended up in a room that was an Accessible hotel room, which we had not requested. It was a little inconvenient in the bathroom.

Had to wait 5min for someone at front desk to check in upon arrival. Zero greeting. I’ve had a better check in experience at a Motel 6

We were visiting a local area and after reviewing all the reviews we booked with Residence Inn. First off the service is amazing from the front desk to the housekeeper. I specifically want to call out Martha who always had a smile on her face every morning and made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. Anytime we saw her throughout the day she always made sure to smile and check in. The location was very convenient for our needs. If you are going to downtown Dallas it’s a bit of a drive, especially if you hit traffic. We didn’t mind but just wanted to share that. Right next door is an outdoor area that has restaurants and businesses for everyone. There is even a Play Museum for our toddler, which he loved. The rooms are very clean. The only reason I have 4 stars for the room is the bed. The bed could use an upgrade. My back was in pain every morning but honestly with the experience we would still stay here. We highly recommend if you are in the area to stop here.
