عندما وصلت للفندق تفاجأت بان الفندق الغاء الحجز وقام بحجز فندق اخر يبعد عند الافندق هذا قربات ربع ساعه بالسياره وهذي شي غير احترافي ابدا لقد افسدوا عطلتي When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised to find that they had cancelled my reservation and booked me at another hotel about a 15-minute drive away. This is completely unprofessional and has ruined my vacation.
