i didnt get to stay at the hotel due to it was full. the staff didnt cancel or reject the booking. when i arrive there the staff told us the room was full since the morning. where as the check in time is 2pm, eventually if it was full since the morning i didnt get to book the room ! and yes i pay the full amount to the hotel and yet there was no refund had been made by the hotel
