location is a little out of the way but the hotel staff was great. Hotel staff help us alot in getting a driver for the day. we were able to eat breakfast every morning. Food was good. The pool was such a cute location. Pool was a lot of fun.

Staff were 12/10. The front of house, staff at restaurant were very welcoming. Any request was dealt with immediately. pricing and quality of food was excellent. Housekeeping staff were very welcoming, saying hello on every occasion, call it a feel good detail. When extra toilet paper, water was required, it was done immediately. Thanks to all staff

redesign of shower space could be upgraded. Bath with shower fitting, while a good idea, isn't a great one when the screen to prevent water going out is very short. Their was more water around the hob than the shower area. Felt sorry for housekeeping staff. Noise level when persons were in corridors for room access was loud. use to no sound so was unusual
