"I really wanted to love it, but..."

The location was superb, and the rooftop pool area was lovely.

My room smelled of stale cigarette smoke despite being nominally a non-smokingone. It still hadn't been tidied by housekeeping by 5.30 pm, and I had to ask the front desk to send someone. A couple of the canisters of bathroom products were empty and not refilled by housekeeping. The batteries in the bathroom scales needed replacing. The airconditioning clicked on and off continuously. The lightswitches were so chic in their design that I couldn't understand them and ended up sleeping with the lights on. There was nowhere to put my suitcase except on the floor. At breakfast, I had to ask 4 times for coffee. Just lots of little things...

لاشي غالي جدا وتعاملهم سي وليس لديهم اي احترام للقوانين الدوليه للفنادق والسياحه واحمل بوكنق مسواليه هذا

ليس بالمستوى خمس نجوم ابدا ولا انصح احد فيه نهائيا هذا اسوا فندق ممكن تسكن فيه في ازمير

Oda, konum, genel imkanlar gayet mutluluk vericiydi.

Özellikle sabah kahvaltıları sırasında servis personelinin kendi içindeki gerginliklerini müşterilerin duyması hoş değil . Kahvaltılarda biraz daha çok opsiyon olursa daha güzel olur. Bu arada restaurant kahvaltı servisinde bulunan Ezgi Hanım görevini çok güzel ve dikkatli yerine getirdi. Kendisine teşekkür ederiz.

Location close to bazar and agora breakfast and restaurant with nice view hotel is comfortable and personal listening

We had troubles with room as part was planned and room was awfully noisy they changed us the room with no issue thank you for that
