Jednym z niewielu plusów tego hotelu jest jego lokalizacja. Lekko na uboczu od ścisłego centrum, a jednocześnie na tyle blisko, że do wszystkich głównych atrakcji turystycznych można dojść pieszo.

Hotel ma 5 gwiazdek, ale absolutnie na to nie zasługuje. Pokoje są po prostu brudne, sprzątane bardzo niedokładnie. Pod prysznicem widoczne włosy, w pokoju na podłodze rozsypane orzeszki. Cześć sprzętów nie działa lub jest uszkodzona. Bateria prysznicowa odpadła i została mi w ręku przy pierwszej próbie zmiany temperatury wody. Pierwszego dnia przez kilka godzin nie działał internet w hotelu co podobno było spowodowane awarią. Sporo tego jak na 2 noce pobytu. Śniadanie są średnio urozmaicone i często brakuje jakiś potraw lub sprzętu do ich jedzenia. Łyżeczka do kawy/herbaty to chyba towar deficytowy w Macedoni, bo praktycznie nigdy ich nie było. Pobyt w hotelu pomimo kilku plusów był więc dość irytujacym doświadczeniem, a stosunek jakości do ceny jest nieakceptowalny.
