The cleanliness of the rooms, helpfulness of the front staff. Shower hot water pressure adequate.

Weak intermittent wifi, breakfast options limited.

Beautiful lobby Liz was personable and professional Room gorgeous clean ac and shower worked perfect 3 blocks to main square Pool and fun city

The check-in process, the quality/cleanliness of the room are all good and we were all quite happy with out stay. I would like to give a specific shoutout to one of the Hotel's staff that helped line up a ride for me from the hotel to Managua even if it was technically after I checked out. Thank you Lisbeth for your professionalism and care!!!

The breakfast was a tad too small :/

The hotel is absolutely great and very conveniently located in the center of the city with easy access everywhere. But there are plenty of such hotels in the world. But, here, you get the best hotel manager ever, Lisbeth, who is so helpfull and friendly! As well as the night guard and all the other staff. I've travelled a lot of the world, and believe me, it was the best customer service expierience I have ever had! If I could give the hotel 100 on booking, just for the service and friendliness, I would! The most perfect place to stay in all of Granada, or, all of Central America!

Everything was plain perfect!

Room was clean

Initially tried to give me a lower quality room than I had booked. Then, around 4pm, a very drunk bunch of Nicaraguans turned up, shouting and generally being obnoxious. I advised the receptionist I would prefer to leave and she advised me the tour guide would be told that if they created any more noise after going out at 5pm for more drinks, they would be asked to leave. Sure enough, they turned up at 2am making a loud noise and no action was taken. One of them thoughtfully left a pile of vomit outside their room! Breakfast was average. Only place I have come across that had no fresh milk.
