Great installations, very comfortable beds & pillows, food was lovely good variety, good wine selection, staff was very helpful & professional

Maybe a little on the outskirts but was also cool we could walk to the other Barcelo Hills hotel & use their facilities too

No funcionaba el televisor de la habitacion, el WiFi no iba bien, pocas facilidades para usar el room service ya que no pude descargar la aplicación de barceló por "error" . Mucha espera para ser atendidos en el restaurante de la piscina.

Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with stunning surroundings, excellent maintenance, and a fantastic interior design. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and it is clear that a lot of attention has been paid to the appearance of the property. However, in our opinion, this hotel does not live up to a true 5-star standard due to several areas that need significant improvement. First of all, the pool bar service was extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, we waited up to an hour for a drink. Before even being approached to place an order, it could easily take 30 minutes or more. For a hotel of this level, this is simply unacceptable. Another issue was the blackout curtains in the bedroom. They did not fully cover the windows, allowing daylight to enter the room early in the morning and making it difficult to sleep in. One of our biggest frustrations was the lack of a dress code during dinner. Guests regularly arrived in swimwear, shorts, flip-flops, and tank tops. In a 5-star hotel, a certain standard of dress should be expected, and the staff should politely enforce this. We also noticed guests filling their own bottles with orange juice at breakfast, taking large amounts of fruit and yogurts away in their bags, and bringing supermarket water bottles to dinner instead of purchasing drinks from the hotel. This kind of behaviour seemed to be ignored, which diminishes the overall experience for paying guests. During the last two days of our stay, a large family group created an enormous amount of noise around the pool and pool bar. The hotel promotes itself as a peaceful and relaxing destination, which is exactly what attracted us. Unfortunately, this group was running around, splashing other guests in the pool, and making so much noise that conversations became impossible. We felt the hotel should have intervened to preserve the calm atmosphere for everyone else. If a hotel wishes to position itself as a 5-star property, certain standards and rules should be maintained and enforced. In our experience, this was not the case. Another practical issue was the lack of sunbeds around the pool when the hotel was fully occupied. Finding a place to relax became difficult during busy periods. Finally, if your room is located on the third floor, be aware that on DJ nights the music is extremely loud. Our room literally vibrated from the bass, making it very difficult to relax or sleep. Las instalaciones, piscinas, la tranquilidad de salir en pareja y que no hayan niños dando el coñazo, la cama es comodisima.

Es la segunda vez que venimos, porque la.primera nos sorprendió el buffet, pero esta segunda vez nos ha decepcionado un poco, sobre todo la cena, y en el desayuno pides una tortilla y te la hacen con aceite de girasol??aún así el desayuno es una maravilla. El parking es bastante caro.
