Habitación e instalaciones.

Parte del personal poco orientado a cliente, según quien te toque, la experiencias puede ser buena o mala…. La app de Room Service no funciona, número de Room Service o recepción difícil de encontrar y si llamas al hotel y están ocupados, te cuelgan. Si preguntas en el bar de la piscina para tomar algo de comedor a media tarde… de desaniman y refieren al buffet o Room Service… pocas ganas y poco resolutivos.
