It was clean.

I stayed at this hotel last week and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. First, the resort fee was already included in my reservation, yet I was asked to pay it again both at check-in and at check-out. This created unnecessary confusion and left a negative first and last impression. The amenities supposedly covered by the resort fee were also a letdown. Beach chairs were advertised, but there was no one on the beach to provide them. Bicycles were included, but the rental system required SMS verification, which doesn’t work for guests with foreign phone numbers. The “complimentary” bottled water could easily be replaced with a water fountain, which would be both more ecological and convenient. Most importantly, the hotel did not have a proper baby cot available. Instead, we were given a playpen — which we had to assemble ourselves

The staff were quite cold and didn’t seem willing to help.

Well located, pet friendly with excellent breakfast and nice view of Ft Lauderdale from the roof top bar. Easy to rent bikes with 2 hrs free just at the hotel entrance. Rooms clean and spacious.

Parking 47 usd per day.

The rooftop pool has a nice view and the food was great. Front desk staff was rude and incompetent. I overheard one front desk staff mocking guests. Bell man/valet and housekeeping staff were very nice.

The hotel was beautiful. All the stafff was wonderful & very friendly. The room was very nice. Sadly, we booked this specific hotel because we were looking forward to the rooftop pool. But had no idea that the rooftop area was completely closed out for the night for a private event. So that was a huge disappointment. We definitely would not have spent the money on this hotel if we knew what we were looking forward to was not even going to be an option.

Great location, staff were all super friendly, rooftop view was amazing, and all the facilities were clean and well kept up with. If I had to list one downside it would be the time they came to clean the room, it was around 4pm so it interfered with trying to get dressed for dinner but besides that amazing stay. Look forward to returning :)

Fantastic room, very confortable bed, well decorated. Quiet nights. Hotel is small and cute. The front desk lady was wonderful, very helpful and accommodated my needs.

Waiter and waitress at the pool bar, not very friendly. Too much tip oriented pushing for more consumption. Cocktails were not very good.

We really enjoyed the rooftop and the great location. The room was comfortable, though the bed was a bit narrow. The restaurant staff were very kind and the food was great.

We booked The room with breakfast but in fact only a limited voucher was provided, which was never enough for 4 people. We always had to pay extra. It would have been nice to know this in advance, but overall great service and very good quality in the restaurant.
