Art House Hotel and Suites

Clean and comfortable. Great location in walking distance of many restaurants, shops and highway 101.

Only ab few years old, modern rooms with excellent bedding. Walk to downtown. Neighborhood is transitional.

I’ve stayed here before and my first visit and this one were completely different. This visit I was very annoyed from the beginning- made reservations months prior and upon arrival they said i had already checked into my reservation- So they had to put me in a different room which they said was a upgrade from what i had booked. And it took the girl a min to figure out what was happening and how to fix it- I was also very unhappy with the noise level during the entire day ( very heavy back and forth constant foot walking)from the above room. called front desk twice and nothing happened and basically was told if it continued after 10 pm at night then they would look into it. Upon check out they said they would email my receipt and i could t have a printed one. I have another trip booked for next month and depending on how it goes will determine if my family and i will ever return or not.

Nice, clean rooms. Good beds, pillows, towels. Continental breakfast light but good quality. Helpful friendly staff. Plenty of drawer and closet space, outlets, lighting.

The larger rooms are excellent. My sister says her small room on the second floor is cave like.

We love to come back to Art House! The staff and amenities are consistently warm!

I booked a room through Expedia. It was the only one available for the Saturday, the 21st of October. It was a pleasant but rather bigger room than I expected with full kitchen, and washer and dryer. The kitchen looked new and clean. I would have liked the water boiler or kettle for making tea. I liked the quality of the sheets, bedding in general, and towels in the bathroom. Continental breakfast was nice and of good quality. The staffs, the receptionist and the wait staff at breakfast cafe were both pleasant and very helpful. The secured garage that I opted for was also very well maintained and easy to park.

Convenient place to stay when wanting to hop around the area. Walking distance to great pubs, restaurants & shops. I was disappointed there was not a parking lot for car, but since it was a short stay parking on the street worked out. Rooms are large, clean & comfortable!

The room looked fresh and clean. The hotel was nice and contemporary.
