Sandra Fonteneau Karma remember that name she’s the manager the rudest person I’ve ever met threatened to have me trespassed for complaining about issue with TV service. I would not cancel my reservation would not compensate me when booking third-party through. Hotel planner no mention of TV service being out for a week no attempt to fix the problem and said TV on my vacation was no big deal.

It was comfortable and clean

No TV was available during our stay. It wasn’t told to us at front desk. We found out because of sign in elevator. So who knows how long the problem was going on. In the end it was ok, but things like that should be told at front desk.

Nice and clean. Beds are comfortable and staff was kind!

Good location for our intended stay

This hotel has not had television connection, nor internet connection for 6 days and no indication when it would be back. The staff said they didn’t even know and that their corporate people couldn’t tell them either.

We have stayed at this hotel before. It is always decently clean and the staff is friendly. During this trip the cable was out on the tv so we had NO tv during our stay. Couldn’t even get it to screen share. They should have let us know when we checked in but they didn’t so we called when we were in the room. Basically the answer was use your phones to watch something. I’ve never been so BORED at a hotel before. No tv noise also meant everything was a million times more loud…every door, toilet flush, shower. No discount for not having any tv the whole time we were there either.
