Location, cleanliness, cheerful staff, great breakfast.

Bed mattress was much too soft! Mattress was softer than a marshmallow. Left me with an achy back. Also, the TV remote was incredibly difficult to use….we had to contact the front desk staff and then have them come to the room to demonstrate the 4 steps required to turn on the TV and find channels.

Everything was super clean and breakfast had a wide variety of options. Staff at front desk was amiable and very organized and helpful.

The a/c made loud noises off and on.
